Any later check-out of the room after the standard regulated time is accommodated based on the hotel's occupancy. Your reservation at WRC HOTEL EOOD is considered confirmed after paying the required deposit, indicated on the reservation form or the respective offer. The reservation can be paid with a credit card or via bank transfer. Only in these cases is it considered guaranteed. Bank account details in BGN and EUR are listed in your reservation confirmation. WRC HOTEL EOOD accepts payment with a bank debit, credit, or business card with the logo of Visa and MasterCard through the virtual POS of our servicing bank, which is DSK AD, part of OTP group. Payment with a bank card is made by generating a unique link for your reservation from us to you. After receiving the link in your email, you need to click on it to open the bank's payment page. The security of payments is protected through the secure programs of the international card organizations (ICOs) MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure. When paying with a card through the virtual POS of DSK bank, you will need to enter the card number, validity, CVV/CVC. If your card participates in the security program of ICO MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure, you will need to enter a 3-D password. Regardless of the currency of your bank account, the transaction will be performed in Bulgarian leva according to the current exchange rate of your servicing bank. All prices are final, including VAT. In cases where a refund is required, whether full or partial, and the payment was made with a card, we refund the amount through a reverse transaction on the card used for payment within 20 days. From a security perspective, the maximum amount for payment with a card is 3000 leva. Cancellation of the reservation without a penalty is possible up to 14 days before the date of accommodation, unless otherwise stated in the offer. After this period, in case of cancellation, the guest owes a penalty in the amount of the first night's stay. In case of no-show for a respective reservation, the penalty is the entire prepaid amount, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds for reservations paid with a card are made only through the card used for payment.
