General Terms Terms of Use

The terms mentioned are valid when booking hotel accommodation and purchasing gift vouchers through the central reservation platform of WRC HOTEL EOOD – www.wrchotel.com. In case promotional prices are available, additional terms for payment and cancellation policy might be valid, forming an integral part of the specific offer description. The prices for hotel accommodation offered are valid only at the moment of your visit to the “Reservations” section. They are subject to change and depend on the hotel's occupancy. WRC HOTEL EOOD reserves the right to refuse a received, confirmed, and paid reservation in case of an unforeseen situation.

Prices for hotel accommodation are subject to change at any time and may be influenced by the hotel's occupancy and demand during different periods of the year. All prices for hotel accommodation in the reservation platform include VAT. The price for your stay is guaranteed after completing the reservation process and receiving a confirmation with a reservation number and prepayment. WRC HOTEL EOOD reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of established abuse. The final price you choose is per night / and/or stay and for the specific room, including tourist tax and VAT. If you use additional services during your stay that are not mentioned in the description of the chosen room type and offer (Spa access, massages, etc.), they should be paid on the spot at the hotel. Promotional prices for hotel accommodation cannot be combined with other current offers or discounts. Prices do not include commissions for tour operators or other persons.

Your reservation at WRC HOTEL EOOD is considered confirmed after paying the required deposit, indicated on the reservation form or the respective offer. The reservation can be paid with a credit card or via bank transfer. Only in these cases is it considered guaranteed. Bank account details in BGN and EUR are listed in your reservation confirmation. WRC HOTEL EOOD accepts payment with a bank debit, credit, or business card with the logo of Visa and MasterCard through the virtual POS of our servicing bank, which is DSK AD, part of OTP group. Payment with a bank card is made by generating a unique link for your reservation from us to you. After receiving the link in your email, you need to click on it to open the bank's payment page. The security of payments is protected through the secure programs of the international card organizations (ICOs) MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure. When paying with a card through the virtual POS of DSK bank, you will need to enter the card number, validity, CVV/CVC. If your card participates in the security program of ICO MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure, you will need to enter a 3-D password. We at https://wrchotel.com/, respectively WRC HOTEL EOOD, do not collect, process, or store card data. All card data is entered by you on the protected payment page of our servicing bank. Regardless of the currency of your bank account, the transaction will be performed in Bulgarian leva according to the current exchange rate of your servicing bank. All prices are final, including VAT. In cases where a refund is required, whether full or partial, and the payment was made with a card, we refund the amount through a reverse transaction on the card used for payment within 20 days. From a security perspective, the maximum amount for payment with a card is 3000 leva. Cancellation of the reservation without a penalty is possible up to 14 days before the date of accommodation, unless otherwise stated in the offer. After this period, in case of cancellation, the guest owes a penalty in the amount of the first night's stay. In case of no-show for a respective reservation, the penalty is the entire prepaid amount, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds for reservations paid with a card are made only through the card used for payment.

Check-in time at White Rock Castle hotel is after 14:00. Any arrival before this time will be accommodated based on the hotel's occupancy. The check-out time for the hotel room is until 12:00. Any later check-out of the room after the standard regulated time is accommodated based on the hotel's occupancy. Late check-out after 12:00 must be requested in advance in writing or at the reception of the respective hotel. It is confirmed if possible by the hotel and is additionally charged and paid at the hotel reception. For more information, contact the hotel reception or reservation department directly.

Parking of vehicles is free until parking spaces run out. If no free parking spaces are available on the day of your arrival, a reception employee will direct you to the nearest public parking.

Accommodation with pets up to 10kg is allowed at the White Rock Castle hotel, with an additional fee of 20 leva per day.

Smoking is not allowed at the White Rock Castle hotel, except in designated outdoor areas. If this requirement is not met, a fee of 200 BGN will be charged for additional cleaning and refreshment.

WRC HOTEL EOOD acts as a personal data controller under the meaning of the PDPA and processes the User's personal data to fulfill its obligations in connection with the User's reservation. The personal data protection policy of WRC HOTEL EOOD regulates the type of information collected from Users, the way it is collected, and the purposes of its use. The provided personal data is fully protected and used for marketing analysis and better understanding of the needs of the Users and accordingly improving the quality of the offered service. Without the personal data of the users, the internet reservation system could not be used to make reservations. WRC HOTEL EOOD does not provide the name and email address, which the user specified when making a reservation, to third parties for sending commercial information.
